Croptop doesnt have sleeves(comes as sleeveless) and handworked cape comes till elbow length
This cape style croptop skirt is not customizable and no changes can be done. You can order according to your general size chart and if you find them slightly loose or tight you can always get a stitch done or remove a stitch. We always provide few inches extra fabric to allow for future alterations.
