No, we don’t take orders through whatsapp or phone. We strictly take orders through the website or through our social media handles instagram/facebook only. However after placing the order you can get in touch with us through mail [email protected] for further discussion regarding order customization.
We deal with Indian ethnic wear and we design all kinds of lehengas, gowns and dresses. We design for kids too !
No, we don’t have any physical store as of now. We operate only online.
We ensure you receive the exact same dress as per the images on the website. It may slightly vary in color based on your mobile phone resolution or system settings.
No, once the order is placed you cannot add more items in it, you have to create a fresh new order.
Will I be paying additional shipping price if I create a new order apart from an order already placed ??
No, we calculate the shipping fee of the product on weight basis. So an additional product implies an additional weight and extra shipping fee.
Unfortunately, that is not possible through the website at the moment. You can email us at [email protected] to inform about such a situation. We will try our best to change the address if the order is not shipped.
In case you have placed the order twice by mistake and you wish to cancel one order do contact us soon. We would cancel one of your orders and your refund will be initiated through the original mode of payment.

Yes it is possible. You need to provide an Indian shipping address and Indian contact number which would be reachable at all times.
It is such a rare event occurring, We at AanyaSri take utmost care while packing a product. Unfortunately if this happens, please drop a mail at [email protected]. Sometimes, we would have sent the order in two different packages and would have already sent you a mail regarding the same!
No, we don’t have any whatsapp business groups or broadcast groups.
No, we strictly don’t give our products for reselling. Incase you find our products on other pages apart from our own social media/website do report such fake pages at [email protected].
We provide wash care instructions for all the products in the description and also within the package of your order a small wash care card is provided. Simply follow it to have a longer shelf life for your dresses

You will receive an order confirmation mail as soon as you place the order.
The courier partner delivery person will be getting in touch with you through phone call and you can let them know the convenient time of delivery. If you do not receive any call and the tracking status is showing out for delivery for more than 1 or 2 days please mail us at [email protected]. We would be getting in touch with the delivery person and ensure the delivery at the earliest.
Incase if on some unforseen conditions the courier is missed or the courier is lost , we will issue a full amount refund to your account.
Yes, we do have a separate size chart for kids. Please refer to it before you place an order for kids dresses. It is available below the buy now button for each product. Any other changes in measurements or minor additional requirements can always be mentioned in comments box.
Yes, the delivery timeline is same for all the products in our website, i.e, 20 – 25 days.
You can select your size from the size drop down box and further edit/change all the measurements which pop up. All the measurement fields (i.e chest,waist,shoulder ,arm hole,hands length,etc ) are editable.
If you do not know your set of measurements you can simply leave the default measurements which pop up untouched but only select ” height ” from the dropdown and proceed to place an order.
Yes, you can change the measurements within 24 hours of placing the order by mailing us at [email protected] with a change in measurements request along with the new set of measurements.

Yes, you need to make the full payment for any dress or order. We do not accept any partial payments or instalments or EMI’s.
What should I do if the payment has been made and did not receive an order confirmation mail or having an issue with any of the payment methods?

Yes, we ship pan India and worldwide too.
We are from Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh.
We ship through DTDC domestically.
Yes, only on request basis. Please mail us at [email protected] before placing the order with the screenshot of the product you want to order and by what date you would be needing it or DM us on instagram. We will check if we can speed up the order and get back to you and you can proceed to place an order in our website.
What do I do if I do not receive my order within the estimated delivery time frame (I.e. within 25 days)?
You can drop us a mail saying so at [email protected] if you do not receive your order within 25 days.
No COD is not available for any of the orders placed.
We take 20-25 days for an order to be delivered for domestic and international clients.
For some unforeseen reasons if you do not receive the product within 25 days you can always reach out to us on our mail.
