Shipping and delivery policy

Shipping Policies :

Domestic :

1. Shipping within India is INR 100 per kg.

If any product weighs more than 1 kg the shipping price is calculated based

on the number of kgs in total.

Ex : For 2 kgs, it is INR 200 and 3 kgs INR 300.

2.Order delivery time frame : 20-25 days.

3. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the shipping address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

In case of modifications to the delivery address, kindly drop us a mail at [email protected] or whatsapp us on 8977905675 within 24 hours of placing the order.

4. Our domestic delivery partner is DTDC.

(If there are any nonserviceable areas, we send through India post or any other courier services available at that time)

 

International  :

 

1. We ship worldwide and international clients can check the tariff by adding the products to cart and by providing their overseas address. Website automatically calculates the shipping charges incurred.

2. Any custom charges have to be borne by the customer.

3. Our International delivery partner is DHL/FedEx

4. All international orders are delivered within 20-25 days.

5. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the shipping address mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of any modifications. Kindly drop us a mail at [email protected] or whatsapp us on 8977905675 within 24 hours of placing the order.

All our prices are inclusive GST  except customs, if applicable in your region.

 

What if the product received is in damaged condition?

At AanyaSri we take utmost care while packing any order, we thoroughly check for damages at least two times before dispatch.

Once you receive the package we need an opening video of the package to be applicable for any refund of money and you can mail the video and reach out to us for a refund at [email protected] or whatsapp us on 8977905675

A refund will be initiated after we check the video and your money will be transferred to you through the original payment mode.

 

How can I track my order?

We will be sending an email with the tracking number link & service provider details after the order is dispatched. You can click on the link provided in the email for tracking your order or You can track the order by clicking on the option ‘Order Tracking’ on the website and entering the tracking number.
